Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at NordicBlankets. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 60 days from the date of delivery. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in the original packaging
- Have a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Products marked as final sale or discounted/promotional items
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition
- Bulk and high-volume orders: For orders placed in large quantities inventory and fulfillment resources are reserved specifically for that order. For this reason, bulk orders follow our final-sale policy and are not eligible for return or refund.
Important: Items purchased on sale, with a discount code, or as part of a promotion are final sale and non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at hello@nordicblankets.co.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us at hello@nordicblankets.co to request return authorization and mailing instructions.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
